We have recently been appointed to progress Phase 2 of The Bourne, bringing further improvements to this Grade II listed home.

This stage of the project includes a contemporary single-storey extension to create a new kitchen, designed to complement both the existing building and the first-floor extension completed in Phase 1, while providing a modern, functional space.

The timber-framed outbuilding will also be converted into an office and studio, giving it a new purpose while preserving its original character. Landscaping works will help tie the new elements together and enhance the overall setting.
