Sustainable Warmth: PAS 2035

Pritchard Architecture are collaborating with MACE to provide professional consultancy services to Devon County Council as part of their Sustainable Warmth programme under the PAS 2035 requirements.

Retrofit is a key part of the decarbonisation agenda, and there has been a push by Devon County Council to increase uptake for the market and to target grant funding for households for such home upgrades. The council has developed their Sustainable Warmth Fund for eligible households which includes online tools such as an accessible retrofit guide and a domestic retrofit suitability tool.

PAS 2035 is an end-to-end framework for the application of energy retrofit measures to existing buildings in the UK and provides best practices for their implementation.

Pritchard Architecture are providing specialist advice on the impact of proposed upgrades on Listed Buildings and heritage properties.
