Rum Store Secures Levelling Up Funding

Following the submission of a Feasibility Study developed by Pritchard Architecture, we are delighted to announce that Levelling Up Funding has been awarded in support of the regeneration of the Grade II Rum Store at Royal Clarence Yard, Gosport.

This major project aims to harness the regeneration of this significant historic site as a driver for enhancing social and economic prosperity within the local community. The development is due to deliver nearly 7,000 square meters of versatile commercial mixed-use space, further enhancing the sites regeneration under owners UK Docks.

Pritchard Architecture have been appointed as lead consultant to progress the project towards construction. We eagerly anticipate our involvement in shaping the future of this important historic site.
